Black Moth Super RainbowEating Us
Graveface Records [2009]

Fire Drill Review:
This is easily the slickest record that Black Moth Super Rainbow has released, which I am sure is partly due to producer Dave Fridmann (Flaming Lips, Mercury Rev, MGMT) being at the helm. This is the album that should expand BMSR fanbase but probably won't get them into the mainstream. I am not sure any of the tracks are independently catchy but as an overall entry - Eating Us has smooth electronic transitions, attention getting swirling vocals and works well in one setting being the album is around 35 minutes and offers enough "moments" that it is worth going back to.
Key Track: "Born On A Day The Sun Didn't Rise"
