Catherine MacLellan has a large following in her native Canada and after taking her new release Water In The Ground for a spin you will know why. MacLellan has a very pure voice that drives each of these bluesy folkish tunes and contains both pop and country elements. It is this blend that connects with her poetic lyrics and makes Water In The Ground solid from beginning to end.
