Rob BlackledgeInside These Walls
One Revolution Ent [2009]

Fire Drill Review:
Rob Blackledge's debut, Inside These Walls has it all with soul, horns, piano, swag and chops that can make any song likable. Opening track "Should Have Known Better" is a sure-fire catchy hit, which is made for radio and television. The rest of Inside These Walls is not as immediate as the lead off track but overall is an entertaining listen. Blackledge's sound follows in the path of current artists like Gavin DeGraw, Mat Kearney, and Jason Mraz, while his influences are Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ben Folds and Stevie Wonder. With those kind of names you get the picture and Inside These Walls could easily make Rob Blackledge more of a household name like those listed above.
