Fire Drill Review:
Drummer leader Patrick Carney is best known for his actual drumming in Akron's The Black Keys. His new side project band cleverly named Drummer has just released their debut Feel Good Together and features Carney on bass. The record uses a straightforward indie formula that at times has a very Pavement shifting guitar, while vocally leans more towards a rock edge like Sebadoh. Overall Drummer is a worthy debut and shows promise if they get some more creative time for a sophomore outing.
