A Place To Bury Strangers new sophomore record Exploding Head borrows that genres energy, takes some electronic cues from early New Order and combines it with their own form of shoegaze, to create an album that sounds completely fresh, without boundary and rocking from beginning to end. A Place To Bury Strangers backup their claim here to loudest NYC band on Exploding Head as it is the perfect continuation of what their debut started and should easily make some noise in the critics circle as well as build a bigger following based on its musical strength.
