Vulture Whale take full advantage of the EP format with the release of Bamboo You. It is a full six songs of off the cuff fun, sometimes foul mouthed and rocking British invasion sounding tracks that will make your foot tap from beginning to end. This Alabama band sounds like nothing from the South, as lead singer Wes McDonald offers up a deliberate faux-British accent which works well as the tracks have a vintage British punk rock vibe going on that would fit right in, if it were released in the late 70's. The best part about this excellent effort is that the band is giving it away for free on their website so don't wait - go get it and check out Vulture Whale for yourself - I guarantee you will quickly become a fan too!
