Look Mexico offer up a smart emo rock on their sophomore outing To Bed To Battle, which should not only please their current fan base but expand it. The record has a nice balance of thematic modern rock numbers, mid tempo like ballads and plenty of guitar heavy math rock. To Bed To Battle really does and should have a large appeal because Look Mexico handle all styles and tempo shifts the same way - perfect execution. This leads to an excellent overall listen and will have you reaching for the volume knob more than once to crank this thing up!
