Some music lovers will be pleased to hear that Spokane, WA band The Globes have embraced their Pacific Northwest musical roots and released an EP that is a flashback to the regions mid 90's sound. The group has big layered guitar chords, floating harmonized vocals and relaxed song structures that make it easy to sit back and just hit play. Sinter Songs plays very laid back but sounds technically tight. The four song EP was recorded with producer John Goodmanson (Death Cab, Blonde Redhead, Unwound) and builds the perfect groundwork for a highly anticipated full length debut. The Globes will be one to keep an eye on!
