The Fresh & OnlysSecret Walls [EP]
Sacred Bones Records [2011]

Fire Note Says: Another great side to the talented The Fresh & Onlys!
Album Review:
Secret Walls keeps things moving for San Francisco's Fresh & Onlys, as it adopts a completely different vibe and style from last years excellent Play It Strange [2010]. Secret Walls is much more loose and laid back then their previous record, while giving the listeners more of the band,
as several of these tracks cross the four minute mark. In fact, the most revved up this 5 song EP gets is the psychedelic ending to closing track "Poison Wine". Secret Walls will not win new fans over for The Fresh & Onlys but it will certainly entertain the current fanbase, as it absolutely does what any solid EP should do, which is to showcase new sides of a talented band and keep everyone interested until another full length releases. Knowing The Fresh & Onlys work ethic I am sure that could be as early as the end of this year - here is hoping!Key Tracks: "Secret Walls", "Keep Telling Everybody Lies", "Wash Over Us"
